Team Ghana arrives in Morocco for 2025 Africa Beach Volleyball Championship

Ghana’s senior and U21 beach volleyball teams have touched down at Casablanca’s Mohammed V International Airport ahead of the 2025 Africa Beach Volleyball Championship, which runs from June 22 to 30 in Morocco.

The tournament also serves as a qualifier for the World Beach Volleyball Championship set to take place in Australia this August.

Benedicta Akorli (Ghana Air Force)
Grace Dagadu (Ghana Air Force)
Joana Mensah (Elwak Wings)

Men’s Team Representatives:
Paul Akan (Ghana Police)
Abdul Hameed Ibrahim (Ghana Police)
Nicholas Tetteh (Ghana Air Force)
Emmanuel Adamitey (Ghana Police)

U21 Team Representatives:
Emmanuel Abbey (Ghana Fire Service)
Eben Anyetei (Labadi VC)

Technical Team:
Head Coach: Seidu Ajanako
Assistant Coach: Chapnuor Eden
Support Staff: Kelvin Carboo & Juliana Aryee

Referee:
Bright Ableteor will represent Ghana as the country’s sole referee at the tournament.
