Bedrock Insurance honours top agents

Bedrock Insurance LTD, one of Ghana’s growing non-life insurance companies, has once again celebrated the exceptional dedication and performance of its hardworking agents at the much-anticipated 2025 Agency Awards, which held on Thursday, 11th July 2025.

The annual awards shared a spotlight on Bedrock’s star performers across the country, with special recognition given to the Best Regional Agents from Accra, Tema, Kumasi, Techiman, Takoradi, and Aflao. Each regional awardee was rewarded with a rice cooker in appreciation of their remarkable sales performance and commitment to growing the Bedrock brand in their locations.

A highlight of the event was the presentation of the CEO’s Loyalty and Long Service Award, which recognizes agents who have shown outstanding loyalty, longstanding service, and unwavering dedication to the Company’s vision. Winners of this prestigious category each took home an air fryer as a token of appreciation for their enduring contribution.

The climax of the event was the announcement of the Overall Best Agents for 2024, which saw the top three performing agents rewarded for their outstanding production for the year as follows:

• Second Runner Up: Gloria Serwaa, who received a double-door fridge;
• First Runner Up: Philip Taylor, took home a brand new 45″ Smart TV; and
• Overall Best Agent: Richard Adu Sarfo, who topped the leader board was awarded an air-conditioner to crown his remarkable achievement.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Chief Executive Officer of Bedrock Insurance LTD, Mr. Ernest Frimpong, commended all the award winners for their commitment and hard work. “Our agents are the backbone of our business. Their resilience, loyalty, and relentless drive continue to fuel our growth and ensure that we deliver on our promise to clients across Ghana,” the CEO said.
