The Office of the Special Prosecutor has announced in a press release that it has charged the former CEO of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA), Dr Mustapha Abdul-Hamid, six others and three companies before the High Court (Criminal Division) in Accra on multiple charges of extortion and money laundering arising from a corruption scheme within the National Petroleum Authority (NPA).
